No Refund Policy

All credit purchases on QuoteBuster are final and non-refundable. By purchasing credits, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Credits are digital goods that are delivered immediately upon successful payment
• Once credits are added to your account, they cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash
• Credits are consumed when you use platform features (unlocking projects, submitting bids, etc.)
• Unused credits do not expire but cannot be refunded

What Credits Are Used For

Credits on QuoteBuster are used for the following services:

• Project Creation: Homeowners use 1 credit to post a project
• Project Unlocking: Contractors use 1 credit to unlock and view project details
• Bid Submission: Contractors use 1 credit to submit a bid on a project
• Contact Information Access: Access to contractor contact details

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Technical error resulting in duplicate charges for the same purchase
• Unauthorized charges due to fraudulent activity (subject to investigation)
• Platform malfunction that prevents the delivery of purchased credits

Any refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at QuoteBuster's sole discretion.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe you have been charged in error or have concerns about your credit purchase:

1. Contact our support team immediately through our contact form
2. Provide your transaction ID and detailed description of the issue
3. Allow up to 5-7 business days for investigation and response

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. For payment-related issues:

• Contact your bank or credit card company for billing disputes
• Review your Stripe receipt for transaction details
• Contact QuoteBuster support for platform-specific issues

Account Termination

If your account is terminated for violation of our Terms of Service, any remaining credits will be forfeited and no refunds will be provided.
